As part of our commitment, we pledge to uphold the principles of fairness & support for our armed forces community.

FormaServe solidified its commitment to the armed forces community after our Managing Director, Andy Youens, signed the Armed Forces Covenant at their offices in Milton Keynes.

By signing the pledge, FormaServe joins more than 10,000 organisations across a range of sectors including education, manufacturing, the charity sector, hospitality, retail & financial services that have committed themselves to providing fair treatment for veterans, serving personnel, reservists & their families.

It is a privilege to have veterans as part of our workforce & we will continue to strive to support them as best as possible.

The Armed Forces Covenant recognises the contributions of serving personnel (both regular & reservist), veterans, & military families to our communities & country.

The first duty of government is the defence of the realm. Our armed forces fulfil that responsibility on behalf of the government, sacrificing some civilian freedoms, facing danger & sometimes, suffering serious injury or death as a result of their duty.

Families also play a vital role in supporting the operational effectiveness of our armed forces.

We are delighted to share that FormaServe officially signed the Armed Forces Covenant in November 2024, at the iconic MK Dons football stadium.

This milestone reinforces our commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community & reflects our dedication to fostering fairness & opportunity for those who serve or have served our nation.
